Dollar Day!

I personally cannot believe that it is already January 1st!! It has barely snowed so far this year, not that I'm complaining, I'm not snow's biggest fan! It just doesn't seem like it could possibly be January when I haven't had to shovel several inches of snow yet! 

I am excited to start the year though because it means that Haylee's 4th birthday is quickly approaching! I planned an entire year, one a month, of Date Day's just for the two of us. That is exciting too. I also don't start back at school until the 14th! How great is that!! That's enough about my life for now! I also have a few fun things this year that I am working on adding to the blog like Dollar Day and Five Dollar Friday. Hopefully, I will find enough time to give the poor website some attention, It is dreadful and needs a face lift! Other than that, There isn't much more to Say, On to the fun stuff!

What is a Standout? 

Standouts are the perfect contemporary mounting option that doesn’t require a frame to hang on the wall. The sleek edges and sides of the Standout mount can create a modern wall display with the focus all on the image. Standout is available in two depths, ¾” and 1-1/2″ so dimension can be added to a wall by mixing and matching Standout depths in the display.

Standouts are made from lightweight foam banded with a Black, White, Light Wood, or Stainless Steel edge and come ready to display with hanging holes on the backside. Photographic prints in Lustre or Metallic finish, Fine Art Canvas and Fine Art Velvet prints can be mounted onto the front of a Standout. Standouts are currently available in popular sizes from 8×10 to 30×40. However, be aware that all Standout board dimensions are undersized by ¼”.

For hanging all you need to do is pound a nail into the wall, and hang your beautiful portrait! Every standout comes with four holes in the back so you can choose to hang it horizontally or vertically depending on the orientation of your image. It doesn’t get any easier than that =)
